Claude Joseph s’entendent sur la formation d’un nouveau gouvernement. Un nouveau gouvernement sera installé mardi avec à sa tête le Premier ministre Ariel Henry et Claude Joseph conservera le poste de ministre des Affaires étrangères, selon ce qu’a fait savoir, lundi, au Nouvelliste une source officielle proche de la Primature.

« Depuis plusieurs jours, Claude Joseph et Ariel Henry ont multiplié des rencontres de travail qui aboutiront à la formation d’un gouvernement inclusif avec Ariel Henry comme Premier ministre et Claude Joseph, ministre des affaires étrangères”, a précisé notre source proche de Claude Joseph.

« Il n’y aura pas de président de la République. Ce nouveau gouvernement aura pour mission d’organiser les élections générales le plus vite que possible », souligne notre contact.

Cette entente entre Ariel Henry et Claude Joseph intervient 48 heures après la prise de position du Core Group appelant le Premier ministre nommé par Jovenel Moïse de former son gouvernement pour répondre aux exigences de l’heure.

” Le Core Group (composé des ambassadeurs d’Allemagne, du Brésil, du Canada, d’Espagne, des États-Unis d’Amérique, de France, de l’Union européenne, du Représentant spécial de l’Organisation des États Américains et de la Représentante spéciale du Secrétaire général des Nations Unies) appelle à la formation d’un gouvernement consensuel et inclusif. Dans cet objectif, il encourage fortement le Premier Ministre désigné Ariel Henry à poursuivre la mission qui lui a été confiée de former un tel gouvernement”, lit-on dans le communiqué.

” Alors qu’Haïti affronte de graves périls, les membres du groupe expriment le souhait que l’ensemble des acteurs politiques, économiques et de la société civile du pays soutiennent pleinement les autorités dans leurs efforts de rétablir la sécurité sur l’ensemble du territoire, y compris dans les zones actuellement en proie à la violence des gangs, d’organiser des scrutins législatifs et présidentiels libres, justes, transparents et crédibles dans les délais les plus brefs, et de s’assurer que chaque citoyen bénéficie de services adéquats de l’Etat”, conclut le Core Group.
