Grève après grève, la justice après la santé

Les syndicats ne sont pas totalement satisfaits des promesses du ministère de la Santé publique et les intrants promis ne sont pas tous livrés pour permettre le redémarrage des établissements hospitaliers, mais la grève est suspendue. C’était la seule du pays.
La seule grève jusqu’à ce que les greffiers annoncent la leur dans les greffes des 18 juridictions du territoire national.
« Les greffes des 18 juridictions du pays observeront un arrêt de travail jusqu’à nouvel ordre, à partir du mardi 12 avril 2022, annonce l’Association nationale des greffiers haïtiens (ANAGH) dans une correspondance adressée au ministre de la Justice et de la Sécurité publique, Berto Dorcé.
L’objectif de ce mouvement est de pousser le gouvernement à satisfaire les revendications des greffiers et exiger l’application de l’accord du 3 novembre 2017 entre l’ANAGH et le ministère de la Justice. »
C’est simple, clair et précis.
Cette grève n’est pas la seule embûche sur la route de la justice. Ce vendredi 8 avril, les avocats du barreau de Port-au-Prince ont organisé un mouvement pour exiger la délocalisation du palais de justice.
Plusieurs dizaines d’avocats au barreau de Port-au-Prince ont participé à un sit-in devant la résidence officielle du premier ministre Ariel Henry en vue d’exiger la délocalisation du palais de justice, situé dans un environnement sécuritaire périlleux au boulevard Harry Truman.
Cela fait près de trois ans qu’il y a toutes sortes de difficultés pour tenir audience au palais de justice. Le gouvernement est informé de la situation mais préfère, ministres et premiers ministres se succédant, faire la sourde oreille.
La bâtonnière de l’ordre des avocats de Port-au-Prince, Me Marie Suzy Legros, dit accorder un délai de 15 jours au gouvernement pour relocaliser le tribunal. Passé ce délai, les avocats se verront contraints de passer à une autre phase.
Quand on sait que la justice est à l’arrêt sans palais de justice. Quand on y ajoute que la Cour de cassation est en cessation de fonctionnement, on se demande en quoi consistera l’autre phase ?
